We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the merchandise we ship to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to us in the original packaging on a "freight prepaid" basis within 30 days of when you receive your order. We will credit your credit card account less the original shipping charges that we paid to ship the order to you. This means that shipping charges are non-refundable and in the case of a return you would be responsible for the charges in both directions. Returns shipped back to us on a C.O.D. basis will not be accepted. Please contact us in the event you plan to return your order for proper authorization.
